Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2-3: Kathmandu Preparation and Sightseeing
- Spend these days preparing for your expedition.
- Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Boudhanath Stupa.
- Attend a briefing on the expedition and obtain any necessary permits.
Day 4: Drive to Sotikhola (710m)
- Start your journey by road to Sotikhola, the gateway to the Manaslu region.
- Enjoy scenic views of terraced fields and rural landscapes.
- Overnight at a teahouse in Sotikhola.
Day 5-10: Manaslu Circuit Trek
- Embark on the Manaslu Circuit Trek.
- Trek through lush forests, remote villages, and across suspension bridges.
- Explore the rich cultural diversity of the region.
- Stop at villages like Lapubesi, Deng, Namrung, and Samagaon.
- Acclimatize at higher altitudes to prepare for the summit.
Day 11-15: Acclimatization in Sama Gaon
- Reach Sama Gaon, a picturesque village in the shadow of Manaslu.
- Acclimatize further with short hikes in the surrounding areas.
- Explore the village and immerse yourself in local culture.
Day 16-20: Base Camp and Summit Push Preparation
- Trek to Manaslu Base Camp.
- Prepare for the summit push, including equipment checks and briefing.
- Acclimatize at base camp and higher camps.
- Engage in climbing training and practices.
Day 21-30: Summit Manaslu (8,163 m)
- Begin the summit push.
- Establish high camps and progress up the mountain.
- Reach the summit of Manaslu (8,163m) after days of challenging climbing.
- Celebrate your accomplishment and take in the stunning panoramic views.
- Descend safely to base camp.
Day 31-35: Return to Kathmandu
- Trek back to Sama Gaon and then Sotikhola.
- Drive back to Kathmandu.
- Enjoy a well-deserved celebration and farewell dinner.
- Reserve the last day for any contingencies and leisure in Kathmandu.
