The Mera Peak Climbing takes you through off-the-beaten tracks, immersing you in the beauty of terrace farms and quaint local villages. While the usual route to Mera Peak is through Zatra La Pass, trekkers also have the option to explore the picturesque Hinku Valley, adding an extra touch of adventure to their journey.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Get a briefing on the Mera Peak climbing adventure and enjoy a welcome dinner in the evening.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparation

Explore Kathmandu's cultural and historical sites, including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath Temple. Prepare for the climb and check climbing gear.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Chutanga

Take a scenic flight to Lukla and start trekking towards Chutanga, passing through forests and enjoying mountain views. Camp overnight at Chutanga.

Day 4: Trek to Tuli Kharka

Trek through rhododendron and juniper forests, ascending to Tuli Kharka. Enjoy beautiful landscapes and camp overnight.

Day 5: Trek to Mosum Kharka

Continue trekking, passing the Zatrwa La Pass, and descend to Mosum Kharka. Explore the area and camp overnight.

Day 6: Trek to Tangnang

Trek through rocky trails and lush vegetation to reach Tangnang. Enjoy the stunning views of peaks like Kusum Kanguru and Mera Peak. Camp overnight.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Tangnang

Spend a day acclimatizing in Tangnang. Take a short hike to Charpate Himal Glacier or explore the area. Camp overnight.

Day 8: Trek to Khare

Continue the trek to Khare, the base camp for Mera Peak. Witness breathtaking views of mountains and glaciers. Camp overnight at Khare.

Day 9: Acclimatization and Training in Khare

Acclimate to the high altitude and undergo training sessions on using climbing equipment, rope techniques, and glacier travel. Camp overnight.

Day 10: Trek to Mera La

Trek to Mera La, crossing crevasses and climbing up to the high camp. Camp overnight at Mera La.

Day 11: Summit Day - Mera Peak (6,476m) and Return to Khare

Start early for the Mera Peak summit push. Reach the summit and savor the panoramic views. Descend back to Khare for overnight camping.

Day 12: Reserve Day for Summit or Contingency

Keep this day reserved for bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances. If not used, rest and explore Khare. Camp overnight.

Day 13: Trek to Kothe

Descend from Khare to Kothe, passing through beautiful forests and riverside trails. Camp overnight at Kothe.

Day 14: Trek to Thuli Kharka

Continue trekking towards Thuli Kharka, enjoying the serene natural surroundings. Camp overnight.

Day 15: Trek to Lukla

Trek back to Lukla, crossing picturesque landscapes and Sherpa villages. Celebrate the successful Mera Peak climb with the team. Stay overnight in Lukla.

Day 16: Fly to Kathmandu

Take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Enjoy your free time for relaxation, shopping, or exploring the city. Farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 17: Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure, concluding an incredible Mera Peak climbing adventure with Gaku Himalayan Adventure.

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions, group's pace, and other factors to ensure safety and a successful climb.

Flight ticket from Kathmandu-Lukla- Kathmandu.

Meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners with tea or coffee) during the trek.
